The service

SendALoveLetter lets you create a message online that is printed in a handwriting style and mailed as a physical card. We may add, remove, or change features over time.

User content

• You are responsible for the content you submit.
• Do not submit unlawful, hateful, harassing, or abusive content.
• We may refuse or cancel fulfillment if content violates these terms or puts others at risk.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Because this is a physical mailed product, changes may not be possible after purchase once fulfillment begins.

Delivery and fulfillment

• Delivery timing depends on production and postal service speed.
• We do our best, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
• If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail.

Random Kindness mode

• We choose the recipient from a rotating list; recipient addresses are not shared with senders.
• Capacity may be limited. If we reach a cap, we may pause kindness sending temporarily.

Refunds

If something goes wrong (e.g., we fail to fulfill), contact us and we’ll work with you. Refund decisions may depend on whether the card has already been produced or mailed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SendALoveLetter is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
